A monotype of an open kitchen window letting a bit of nature inside. The original photograph was taken in my old apartment in Venice Italy. Using it for my collage, I cut it up and then used the collage to create the teal layer risograph print which I then screenprinted blue and red foliage on top.

About Risograph printing: Risograph is a process similar to screenprinting, where an image is exposed onto a screen which allows it to be printed using soy-based ink onto paper. This process allows for more detail to come through, making photorealistic printing more achievable than with screenprinting.
